Below is a summary of how to use the JAGDA ONLINE SHOP as well as frequently asked questions.
Placing an Order

On the page of the product you wish to purchase, click “Add to Shopping Cart” and the product will be added to your cart.
The shopping cart page will be displayed, so if you want to continue shopping, click “Continue Shopping”.
If you are purchasing more than one of the same product, select the quantity with the “−” and “+”,
then click “Update QTY”.
To remove an item from your shopping cart, click “Remove”.

Once you have completed your selection, click “Proceed to Checkout”.

Enter the shipping address, payment method, and shipping method.
Enter a message in the message box, if applicable.
For example, if you would like a receipt, type your request in the message box.

Review your order. The product total, consumption tax, and shipping charges are displayed. After you have reviewed your order, click “Payment”.

We accept the following credit cards: VISA and MaterCard and DINERS CLUB and AMERICAN EXPRESS and JCB
Revolving payment and bonus payment options are not available.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges by the Customer
Customers cannot cancel an order once it is placed, except when it is discovered that an item is not in stock, in which case customers may cancel an order after it has been completed. In such cases, JAGDA will promptly refund the product price and the shipping charges.
Defective Items and Shipments of Items Different from Those Ordered
When you receive your shipment, please check immediately for damage. We will make exchanges (or accept returns if an item is not in stock) only if the items differ from the ones ordered or if the items are defective, provided that the customer contacts JAGDA within seven days of receiving the shipment and then returns the items to JAGDA together with the invoice.
- In such cases, JAGDA will bear the cost of the return shipping and the re-shipping.
- In the event of a return, the product price will be refunded to the customer by the specified method.
